Invitation for Pre-qualification of contractors for new bagging plant operations at Visakhapatnam plant

Coromandel Fertilisers Limited (CFL), Visakhapatnam invites Applications from experienced and financially sound Contractors for Pre-Qualification in respect of carrying out Product feeding, bag filling from semi-automatic machines, bag stitching, Stacking, loading onto conveyor, collection from conveyor, stacking, de-stacking from platforms, conveyor and loading into wagons/trucks, direct loading into wagons/trucks, minor maintenance of the machines etc relating to Filled Fertilizer bags at their New Bagging Plant. The annual estimated quantity would be 4.00 Lakh MT (approx.). The quantity indicated is tentative; CFL shall not give guarantee for the quantity indicated here.

The Interested contractors must possess successfully executed at least one single contract of similar nature for a continuous period of one year, for a minimum contract value of not less than Rs.100.00 lakhs, during the last 3 years and the application for Pre-qualification will be issued to firms fulfilling this criteria along with other statutory requirement required for this sort of contacts. The application will be issued at the above address during Office hours on working days from 14-04-2008 to 27.4.2008 16.00 hrs. at sole discretion of Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd. The last date for submission of “The Application for Pre-qualification” fulfilling above criteria and complete in all respects at the above address is 28-04-2008- 1600 Hrs.

CFL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Applications for Pre-qualification without assigning any reason whatsoever, without any financial liability.
